Safety Instructions
Placement & Setup
- Always use on flat, non-combustible ground.
- Keep the sauna at least 2m away from structures, trees, or overhanging branches.
- Stove must sit directly under the chimney opening.
Fuel & Ventilation
- Burn wood only. Other fuels are unsafe and void warranty.
- Maintain airflow to prevent carbon monoxide buildup.
- Clean chimney regularly to prevent creosote fires.
Handling & Burn Risk
- Stove, chimney, and rocks become extremely hot.
- Use provided gloves when operating or adjusting.
- Do not touch hot components until fully cooled.
Supervision & Warnings
- Keep children and pets clear.
- Never leave the sauna unattended while lit.
- Do not use under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Do not sleep inside the sauna.
Maintenance & Care
- Do not attempt self-repairs or modifications.
- Empty ashes into a sealed metal container only.
- Keep the sauna area clear of dry brush or debris.
- Clean regularly for safe performance.

Operating Your Sauna
Pre-Use Checklist
- Confirm stove is at least 20cm from tent walls.
- Ensure area is clear of combustibles.
- Open vents for airflow.
- Verify compliance with local fire safety rules.
Lighting the Heater
- Use dry wood only—no accelerants.
- Build the fire carefully and monitor until steady.
- Using the Sauna
- Preheat 15–20 minutes.
- Enter with caution—surfaces may be hot.
- Pour water slowly on rocks for steam.
- Stay hydrated and leave if you feel unwell.
During Use
- Do not overfire—keep temps between 82–94°C.
- Use gloves when adjusting stove or chimney.
- Drink water regularly.
Emergency Procedures
In case of fire or malfunction:
- Exit the sauna immediately.
- If safe, use a fire extinguisher.
- Call emergency services if needed.
